This User Access & Fulfillment Policy explains how we deliver our platform, what you can expect from us as a subscriber, and the terms that govern access, billing, and refunds. By starting a trial or subscribing to any FormWise.AI plan, you agree to the terms set out below.
2.1 Availability: FormWise.AI targets 99.9% service availability. Any scheduled maintenance that may affect availability will be communicated in advance through our official channels.
2.2 Performance: We continuously monitor and optimize the performance of our platform to maintain a reliable experience for all users.

3.2 Response Time: We aim to acknowledge and respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours during business hours.
4.1 Priority Levels: Reported issues are categorized by priority, with resolution times aligned to the severity and impact of each issue.
4.2 Communication: We provide regular updates on the status of reported issues until they are resolved, including any available workarounds in the interim.
5.1 Release Schedule: FormWise.AI regularly releases updates and enhancements to improve functionality, security, and reliability. Significant changes are communicated in advance where practical.
5.2 Feedback: We welcome feedback on the platform and consider it directly when prioritizing future enhancements.
6.1 Subscription Access: Your FormWise.AI subscription grants access to our platform. Once your trial begins, you receive instant access to all features included in the plan you selected. Your trial can be paused or canceled at any time through our billing portal, powered by Stripe. To manage your subscription, enter the email address you signed up with to access the billing portal, where you can update payment methods and review your plan.
6.2 Billing Transparency: You will receive clear, itemized billing statements. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance of taking effect.

6.4 Refunds: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy. We offer a seven (7) day refund window, allowing customers to request a refund within seven days of their most recent billing date. After this seven-day period, refunds will not be issued. This policy applies to both the initial purchase and all subsequent renewals.
Please note that your payment grants you access to the FormWise.AI platform and the features included in your plan. Access is granted on a subscription basis and is not contingent on usage. Whether or not you actively use the platform during a billing cycle does not affect your obligation under the subscription, and refunds outside the seven-day window will not be issued on the basis of non-use.
