Case Study: How I Built BreweryOS—A Niche AI Product in Under 1 Hour Using FormWise

In a world full of “build your AI SaaS in 7 days” noise, I wanted to test something simpler.

What happens when you take a single niche, a few useful prompts, and the right tools—then launch as fast as humanly possible?

That’s how BreweryOS was born:
A fully functional AI toolkit for brewery owners… built in just under an hour using FormWise + a simple landing page.

This post is a breakdown of exactly how it was done—so you can replicate the model for your own vertical.

🧠 The Premise: Turning a Prompt Into a Product

Like many of you, I’ve written tons of great AI prompts.
Some for internal use, some for fun, and others I’d share with clients or friends—only to watch them sit unused in Google Docs or Notion folders.

Then it clicked:
A prompt is only as valuable as its usability.

I needed a way to turn a prompt into a product.
A usable, structured, no-brainer tool someone could actually interact with—and ideally, pay for.

🍺 Why Breweries?

Brewery owners are one of the most overwhelmed and under-served small business groups out there.

They’re creators. Operators. Event hosts. Hiring managers. Marketers. Distributors.

And most of them don’t have time to sit down and learn how to “use ChatGPT.”

So I thought:
What if I could give them a toolkit of AI-powered forms that handled some of their most annoying tasks?

🔧 The Tools I Included

Using FormWise, I built 8 tools—3 CoPilots (chat-style) and 5 SmartForms (fill-in-the-blanks style):

CoPilots:

Taproom Marketing CoPilot – Writes promos, beer release emails, Instagram captions, etc.
Distributor Pitch CoPilot – Helps craft pitches for getting on more shelves or taps
Website Fixer CoPilot – Updates homepage content, beer lists, and events

These tools were based on real prompts I had written or adapted, now embedded inside an easy-to-use interface with structured fields and clean outputs.

⚙️ How I Built It (Step-by-Step)

1. FormWise Tool Creation (≈40 minutes)

I dropped in my prompts, mapped the input fields, and tested the flow using the SmartForm builder and CoPilot UI.
What used to be a messy prompt now felt like software.

2. Landing Page Setup (≈15 minutes)

I spun up a simple GoHighLevel landing page.
Embedded the FormWise toolset iframe, added basic copy and pricing, and hooked it to a Stripe login.

3. Branding & Visuals (≈5 minutes)

I used ChatGPT + DALL·E to generate Pixar-style illustrations for each CoPilot.
It gave the whole product a unique aesthetic and personality—without hiring a designer.

Total Time: ~60 minutes
No devs. No plugins. No custom code.

💸 Pricing Strategy

I kept it simple:

Free Plan: Access to the Brewery Business Plan Generator
Pro Plan ($9/mo): Full access to all tools
Unlimited Plan ($29/mo): For breweries that want it all, no limits

This created a natural value ladder, letting people try something useful before upgrading.

📈 The Response

I shared it in a few groups and threads, with a casual “built this in an hour” breakdown.

The result?
🔥 Tons of engagement
💬 Dozens of people asking how they can do the same
📥 Real users signing up within 24 hours

More importantly, it sparked inspiration. People started thinking in verticals—coaches, realtors, wedding planners, tattoo studios, you name it.
