Introducing Brand Voice Settings: Let Your End Users Sound Like Themselves

At FormWise, we believe AI tools should feel personal, not robotic.
That’s why we just rolled out a new feature to help your end users generate content that doesn’t just say the right things—but says them in their voice.

Meet Brand Voice Settings—now live inside every FormWise Toolset.

🧠 What Are Brand Voice Settings?

Brand Voice Settings allow your end users to define how they want their AI-generated content to sound.

Whether they’re using your SmartForms to write sales emails or your CoPilots to generate website copy, they can now customize tone, style, and preferences—without needing to edit every prompt or output manually.

✍️ End Users Can Now Set:

  • Name or Brand
    “Victoria from Summit Coaching”
  • Role
    “Executive, Coach, Designer, Barista”
  • Personality Type
    “Professional, Bold, Calm, Quirky”
  • Voice Description
“Uses clear, respectful language with a warm tone”
  • Key Traits
    “Confident, precise, humble, persuasive”
  • Additional Instructions
“Avoid slang, no exclamation marks, never say ‘crush it.’”

⚙️ How It Works

When an end user fills out their Brand Voice settings:

  • That profile is used to guide every SmartForm or CoPilot they interact with inside the Toolset.
  • It overrides any tone instructions you (as the FormWise builder) may have included in the tool’s default setup.

This gives the end user full control of their brand expression—while still running on your underlying prompts and structure.

🔘 Can It Be Turned Off?

Yes!
End users can toggle Brand Voice on or off for each individual tool. If they prefer to use your default tone setup for a specific form, they can do that anytime.

💡 Real-World Example: Meet Alex, a FormWise Builder

Alex runs a white-labeled AI toolkit for small business owners—primarily service-based businesses. His toolset includes:

  • Email marketing writers
  • Website headline tools
  • About page CoPilots
  • Google ad copy generators

One of Alex’s users, Darren, owns a boutique home renovation business. Darren prefers professional, to-the-point copy that builds trust—but hates marketing lingo.

With Brand Voice Settings, Darren sets his profile once:

Name: Darren / Blue Oak Renovations
Role: Owner
Personality: Calm and honest
Description: Uses confident but plain language, avoids hype
Traits: Clear, Credible, Informative, No-nonsense
Additional Instructions: Avoid words like “game-changing” or “revolutionary”

Now, every tool Darren uses in Alex’s FormWise toolset reflects that voice.
His emails, ads, and website copy all sound like him—without him needing to tweak outputs every time.

🔮 This Is Just the Beginning

Brand Voice is the first major step toward persistent user memory inside FormWise.

Soon, when a user sets their tone once, it will be remembered across all toolsets, all sessions, and potentially across your entire branded experience.

You’ll be offering an AI product that learns, adapts, and gets smarter over time—just like a great assistant would.

🚀 What This Means for You as a Builder

  • Tools feel more personal and “sticky” to end users
  • Brand Voice fields are optional, so no disruption to workflow
  • You can keep your default tone, while giving power-users more control
  • This feature helps bridge the gap between "AI-generated" and "brand-authentic" content
