These terms govern Customer's use of FormWise API keys, and any other FormWise offerings that references these Terms, as well as all related FormWise tools, documentation and platform (the "Platform").

OpenAI API Keys:
We do not have access to your OpenAI API keys. Upon integration, your API keys from OpenAI are immediately encrypted using industry-standard encryption protocols. This encryption helps protect your API keys and ensures that they are securely stored and transmitted.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

You can't use the Platform for illegal purposes, to post pornography or hateful content, harass others, or do anything else your mother would not approve of.
Content that violates NSFW rules or any other third-party terms of service.
Customer may not and must not attempt to (a) access the Platform to build a competing product or service; (b) reverse engineer or duplicate the Platform; or (c) support any third party's attempt at any of the conduct restricted in this sentence.
OpenAI Terms of Service (TOS): Our Service operates in compliance with OpenAI's Terms of Service (TOS). We expect all users to adhere to OpenAI's TOS when utilizing their services through our platform.
Account Shutdown for TOS Violations:
We take violations of OpenAI's TOS seriously. Any account found to be in violation of OpenAI's TOS will be promptly shut down, and access to OpenAI services through our platform will be terminated for the violating account.
Our servers, where all data collected and processed through our Service is stored, are located in North America, specifically in the United States. We want to be transparent that no data is hosted abroad.

We offer a seven (7) day refund policy, allowing customers to request a refund within seven days of their most recent billing cycle. After this seven-day period, refunds will not be issued. By signing up for our services, you agree not to dispute any charges related to your FormWise LLC account. Alternatively, you can manage your billing information and cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your dashboard anytime.
