Paid plans

Plans, trials, and credit packs, paid into your Stripe.

Create plans with a price, a monthly or yearly billing period, a free trial, and a credit allowance. Customers subscribe through Stripe Checkout, get an account automatically, and land in your Portal. When they run low, they buy a credit pack and keep going.

  • Payments land in your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect.

  • Customers who run low buy a credit pack. Purchased credits don't expire at the monthly reset.

  • Change a price and existing subscribers keep the one they signed up at.

Margin

Know your margin before you publish.

Set a price and a credit allowance, and the plan editor shows the rest as you type: roughly how many replies those credits buy, what the allowance costs you, the Stripe and platform fees, and your gross profit if a subscriber uses every last credit.

  • A line-by-line receipt: price, fees, credit cost, and gross profit per month or year.

  • Drag the credits slider and watch the margin move. The slider tops out at break-even, so you see the line before you cross it.

  • It is the worst case. You pay only for credits a subscriber actually uses, so real margin is the same or better.

Turn on whitelabel and the Powered by FormWise badge disappears from your Suites, Portals, Flows, and Agents. Point a subdomain like ai.yourbrand.com at FormWise with one DNS record, and SSL is issued and renewed for you.

Take payment on your own site, in your course platform, or on an invoice, then create the customer through the API with their plan attached. Add bonus credits, grant access to an App or Suite, or revoke it, all without opening the dashboard.

  • Attach plans and access grants in the same call that creates the customer.

  • Add or remove bonus credits for any customer on any plan.

  • Revoking access leaves billing untouched, so refunds stay your call.

You only pay for credits that get used, so that figure is the most one subscriber can cost you.

No. Checkout creates their account on your Portal from the email they pay with, and they sign in with a one-time code. They see your brand, not ours.

Add a subdomain such as ai.yourbrand.com and create the CNAME record we show you (a root domain uses an A record). Once DNS checks out, SSL certificates are issued and renewed automatically. The domain serves your Portals, Suites, Flows, and Storefront pages.
