Portals
Paid plans

One front door. Nobody gets in by accident.

A Portal is where your team reaches what you have built. People sign in with a one-time email code, through your own site with signed sign-in, or from HighLevel. Signing in never grants anything on its own: only the groups you admit get through.

  • Sign-in is always required. There is no anonymous access to switch on by mistake.

  • Admit whole groups. Anyone else is turned away before a code is ever sent.

  • Signed sign-in lets your intranet vouch for employees so they skip the code.

Assignments

Give each group exactly what it needs.

Every Agent, Flow, App, and Suite has an Assignments tab. Give a group access across the organization or only inside one Portal, and set an expiry date for contractors and pilots. Remove an assignment and access ends on the person's next request.

  • Scope access to everywhere, or to a single Portal.

  • Expiry dates for temporary access, so pilots end on schedule.

  • Only owners and admins can change who is assigned to what.

Pro and Agency

Provision people from the systems you already run.

Create users, add them to groups, and grant access to Apps and Suites from your HR system, CRM, or onboarding script. Send the same email twice and it updates that person instead of creating a duplicate.

  • Users, groups, memberships, grants, and Portal admissions over one REST API.

  • Add a member by email and they get a pending account and an invite.

  • API keys scoped to read or write, per organization or per member.

Groups

Organize people by team, role, or cohort. Groups carry access; credits come from a plan, so budgets stay separate from permissions.

Branded invites

Add a user by email, drop them straight into groups, and send an invite under your brand. They sign in with that email and a one-time code.

On Agency, limit a Portal to allowed email domains, add a shared password, or restrict it to trusted IP addresses.

HighLevel sign-in

On Agency, sub-account users are signed straight into their Portal from HighLevel, with no extra login.

No. Sign-in is always required, and signing in grants nothing by itself. A person only gets through if they belong to a group you have admitted, or hold a plan on a Portal you sell access to.

With a one-time code sent to their email. You can also turn on signed sign-in, where your own site vouches for the user so they skip the code, and on the Agency plan HighLevel users are signed in from their sub-account.

A group decides what someone can open. A plan carries the credits they run on. Keeping the two apart means you can change who has access without touching anyone's budget.

Yes. Every assignment can carry an expiry date, and you can scope it to a single Portal. When it expires or you remove it, access ends on the person's next request.

The API is on the Pro and Agency plans. Requests use a scoped API key and are limited to 120 per minute per key.
