It is a connection between FormWise and the AI assistant you already use. Once connected, the assistant can build, test, publish and run your Agents and Flows for you, instead of you clicking through the builder. The address is https://builder.formwise.ai/mcp and it is the same for everyone.

Not for most clients. Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and VS Code sign in through the browser. Cursor uses a personal key.

Use Install with AI on this page. It copies a setup prompt that you paste into your assistant, and the assistant then takes you from sign-up to a published first Agent, one step at a time. It is a guided setup. The manual guide at https://docs.formwise.ai/api/mcp has the steps for each client.

Runs and document searches spend the workspace's credits, the same as in the builder. Building, editing and publishing do not.

Every edit goes to a draft, and nothing reaches your users until you publish. You see a diff of what publishing will change first, and earlier versions are kept so you can roll back.

Portal setup, branding, domains and protection settings are done in the builder. So are plans, prices, storefronts and payments, billing and workspace settings, and the rule for which sites may embed something. The assistant also does not delete a Knowledgebase or a page.
