A guided form. A real deliverable.
A SmartForm walks your client through the inputs your methodology needs, runs them through a workflow grounded in your knowledge, and produces a structured Artifact they can edit and download.

Not a form. A guided process that produces real work.
A form collects information. A SmartForm does something with it. Your client fills out the questions you'd ask on an intake call. Behind the scenes, those answers flow through a workflow grounded in your methodology, your decision logic, and your business knowledge. What comes out the other side is a structured deliverable. Not an AI response. A document.
The shift from form to SmartForm is the difference between collecting data and producing work. Your client doesn't walk away with a confirmation screen. They walk away with a strategic plan, an audit, a recommendation, an assessment. The kind of deliverable they'd normally pay you for on a paid call.
This is what makes SmartForms commercially useful. The output is the product. The form is just how the product gets made.

What's actually running underneath.
A SmartForm isn't a single prompt with a form on top. It's a structured workflow with multiple AI runs working together. Here's what's happening when your client clicks submit.
Input Fields
This is where you define what your client tells the SmartForm. Text inputs, dropdowns, multi-select, text areas, sliders, and conditional fields that show or hide based on previous answers. Each field is a structured input you control. Your client doesn't have to know how to ask for what they need. The fields ask for them.
Prompt Chain Workflow
Behind the form, a workflow of AI prompt nodes processes the input. A simple SmartForm runs a single prompt node. A more sophisticated one chains multiple nodes together: one analyzes the input, another generates recommendations, a third formats the output. Each node can reference different knowledge sources and run independently. The workflow is the methodology, expressed as a sequence of AI runs.
Business Brain Grounding
Every prompt node in the workflow can pull from your Business Brain. The frameworks you've uploaded. The transcripts of the calls that taught you what works. The slide decks you've been refining for years. The model isn't guessing what your methodology says. It's applying what you've taught it. This is what keeps the output sounding like you instead of sounding like a generic AI.
The Templated Artifact
The final output isn't a chat reply. It's a structured deliverable rendered through a template you control. Headers, sections, scores, recommendations. The Artifact is editable in place and downloadable as a real document. It looks like the deliverable your client would normally pay for on a call.
The output is the product.
Most AI products dump raw text. The user gets a wall of paragraphs and has to do the formatting work themselves. SmartForms render output through templates. The deliverable comes out looking like something a real person produced.
Your template defines the structure. Section headings. Bullet groups. Scores. Pull-out callouts. Recommendation blocks. Whatever shape the deliverable should have. The AI fills in the substance. The template handles the presentation. The end user walks away with something that looks like consulting work, not chatbot output.
The end user can refine the Artifact in place before downloading. The deliverable is editable, not final-cut.
The CRM Blueprint Generator, built on BrandLyft's deployment framework.
The CRM Blueprint Generator is a SmartForm built around BrandLyft's framework for architecting GoHighLevel sub-accounts. Twelve hundred deployments worth of methodology, packaged into a guided form.
A prospect lands on BrandLyft's site. Instead of booking a consulting call, they fill out the SmartForm with their vertical, their team size, their service mix, and their goals. The workflow runs three prompt nodes against BrandLyft's Business Brain. What comes out is a complete sub-account architecture plan: pipeline structure, automation map, tag taxonomy, calendar setup, onboarding sequence. The same document BrandLyft used to deliver inside a paid engagement.
The methodology stayed intact. The voice stayed agency. The deliverable looks like consulting work because it is consulting work, applied to the prospect's specific situation. BrandLyft's expertise became the product. FormWise stayed invisible. The SmartForm is the product.

SmartForm or CoPilot? How to decide.
Build a SmartForm when...
- The deliverable depends on a fixed set of inputs you can collect upfront
- The user's situation is bounded enough that a guided form covers it
- The output should be a structured document, plan, report, or assessment
- The methodology produces the same shape of deliverable for every user
- The end user wants the deliverable, not a conversation
Build a CoPilot when...
- The conversation needs to adapt based on what the user reveals
- The methodology depends on the right next question, not a fixed input set
- The job involves diagnosis, qualification, or guided process
- You want to extract data from a conversation and trigger downstream actions
You can also link them. A SmartForm can hand off to a CoPilot for follow-up. The end user can chat with the SmartForm's Artifact to refine it after the fact.
Two ways to start.
You don't have to learn workflow logic to build a SmartForm. Most users start with the Agent Builder Wizard and refine from there.
Start with the Wizard
Tell the Wizard what your SmartForm should do. It generates the input fields, the prompt chain, the Business Brain references, and a draft output template. Open the manual builder when you want to refine the workflow, add multi-step chains, or customize the template.
Build it manually
Start at the Builder, pick SmartForm as the type, and configure each piece directly. Input fields, prompt nodes, Business Brain knowledge, multi-step workflows, decision trees, output templates. The manual builder gives you full control over the entire flow.
Onboarding call included on every plan.
